Perhaps the painter's talent is in finding the formula to avoid the pictures resemble each other, in making the history they have done and start on each canvas.

Among the influences and common concerns, which are hidden in the heart of their work, Enrique Aparicio wanted to go beyond the time to teach their world, sometimes from more palpable sincerity, sometimes from an ancient shame. Everyday life is mixed with the countryside, with the window scene with the picture of manners or the street corner that can evoke beautiful anywhere in any city in the world.

Of all the pictures that make up this show, let me stay with one that recreates a vegetable, with its striped awning and the human figures are a call to life. Barely perceptible, two men are obviously engaged in long conversation. And, they look at it, I'm sure at that moment is beginning a story. For this is art: to stimulate the imagination, to goad the invention, to remind us that behind the scenes continues the plot of the play. I congratulate Henry on his work and I encourage you to move forward in the convoluted path it has chosen with the same freedom with which he paints.
